Stormfront’s Don Black: a Caucasian Al Sharpton
We were checking the National Jewish Democratic Council’s blog for its lie du jour, and were amazed to find a truthful statement for a change. As reported by the Chicago Tribune, Ron Paul accepted a campaign contribution from Don Black, the proprietor of the infamous Stormfront “White Pride World Wide” Web site, thus putting Ron Paul at the same moral level as Hillary Clinton, John Edwards, and especially Barack Obama, all of whom endorsed the prominent racist and anti-Semite Al Sharpton. (Obama made a second appearance with this hate monger this November, and he also accepted money from a fundraiser hosted by Allen Houston. Houston, with a teammate, once effectively called Jews Christ killers.) Ron Paul, like Clinton, Obama, and Edwards, is therefore totally unfit to hold any position of public trust or responsibility in any civilized country.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.
Republican presidential hopeful Ron Paul has received a $500 campaign donation from a white supremacist, and the Texas congressman doesn’t plan to return it, an aide said Wednesday.
Don Black, of West Palm Beach, recently made the donation, according to campaign filings. He runs a Web site called Stormfront with the motto, “White Pride World Wide.” The site welcomes postings to the “Stormfront White Nationalist Community.”
World Net Daily adds that Don Black is a former Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan, thus making him a Caucasian counterpart of Al Sharpton.
This does not change the fact, however, that the National Jewish Democratic Council, which itself has a track record for posting anti-Christian hate propaganda and even anti-Semitic “Jew as Christian-hater” material, has never responded, publicly or otherwise, to our request for a position on Clinton’s, Obama’s, and Edwards’ association with Al Sharpton. Since accepting $500 from a white supremacist disqualifies Ron Paul from further consideration as a candidate for any office, what are we to say of individuals who praise, empower, and promote a vicious racist and anti-Semite who has at least indirectly incited two fatal incidents of violence (Crown Heights, Freddy’s Fashion Mart)?
Senator Barack Obama (Ill): “Reverend Sharpton is a voice for the voiceless, and a voice for the dispossessed. What National Action Network has done is so important to change America, and it must be changed from the bottom up.”
Senator Hillary Clinton (NY): “I have enjoyed a long and positive relationship with Reverend Al Sharpton and National Action Network, and I don’t ever remember saying “no” to them and I intend to remain their partner in civil rights as I clean the dirt from under the carpet in the oval office when I am elected President”
Little Green Footballs has a photo of Ron Paul standing with Don Black, just as Clinton and Obama are standing with Sharpton.
It is therefore vital to make sure that Ron Paul does not win the Republican nomination, or even make a good showing, because the prospect of having to choose between Ron Paul and someone like Clinton or Obama is so sickening as to defy belief. In 2004, we pulled the Bush/Cheney lever, tore off the thick rubber gloves we wore for the purpose, and then washed our hands in undiluted bleach. (We think we saw Democrats do the same after pulling the Kerry/Edwards lever; there was a big pile of discarded gloves in the biohazard container outside the voting booth.) We know of no gloves–and we once taught an in-house industrial safety course on personal protective apparel–that would provide enough protection from contact with the Paul, Clinton, or Obama lever.
